Terms and Conditions

Refunds and Exchanges are accepted if notified within 24 hours after receiving order. If item is damaged during shipment contact for instructions. Returns will not be accepted for refund without prior authorization. All returns are at buyers expense for refund or exchange. Returned items must be shipped in original packing box with packing materials in same condition as shipped for refund to be issued. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost. PA residents subject to 6% sales tax.

DEPOSITS ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Deposits will be returned, if notified in writing, with 30 days of order date.  Deposits are nonrefundable after 30 days.

INTERNATIONAL SALES: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to buying.
