DEPOSITS/PRE-ORDER:

Q: If I make a deposit on a pre order item is it refundable?

A: A refund will be issued within 30 days from order date,  if requested in writing.  Requests made after 30 days are non-refundable.  Total refund will be issued if KCD is unable to supply item. 

SHIPPING:

Q: What shipping method do you use for the Free Shipping option?

A: We may use USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on location and size of shipment.
